Job summary

A&G Infusion Nursing Services Inc. seeks an experienced IVIG Infusion RN to provide in-home infusion therapy across California. The role requires an active CA RN license, at least 1 year of infusion experience, and the ability to insert peripheral IVs and manage central lines.

Per diem contract with flexible hours and a patient‑centered approach. You will document care and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in CA.
• Minimum 1 year of infusion therapy experience, including IVIG.
• Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion, central line management, and infusion protocols.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer IVIG and other medications in patients’ homes.
• Insert and manage peripheral IVs, PICC lines, and central lines.
• Perform blood draws and monitor patient response during infusion therapy.
• Educate patients on self-administration, meds, and infusion safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to follow care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing interventions and patient progress.
