SYNERGY STAFFING LLC is looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in Glendale, CA, to provide in-home nursing care. This role focuses on infusion therapies and requires an active California RN license and 2-3 years of experience. Responsibilities include skilled visits, managing IV lines, administering therapies, blood draws, and patient education. Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing required.
• Minimum 2-3 years RN experience, preferably in home health or infusion.
• Strong IV skills and confidence with central lines necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled RN visits in patients' homes.
• Manage and maintain PICC lines, port-a-caths, peripheral IVs, and G-tubes.
• Administer IV antibiotics and infusion therapies per physician orders.
• Perform blood draws and lab specimen handling.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and report changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and agency staff.
• Provide patient and caregiver education on medications, line care, and safety.
