Qualifications
Active California RN license in good standing required.
Minimum 2-3 years RN experience, preferably in home health or infusion.
Strong IV skills and confidence with central lines necessary.
Responsibilities
Perform skilled RN visits in patients' homes.
Manage and maintain PICC lines, port-a-caths, peripheral IVs, and G-tubes.
Administer IV antibiotics and infusion therapies per physician orders.
Perform blood draws and lab specimen handling.
Monitor patient response to treatment and report changes in condition.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and agency staff.
Provide patient and caregiver education on medications, line care, and safety.
