Job summary

Casa is seeking an In-Home Onboarding Specialist to join our field team. You will visit member homes with a teammate to inventory appliances, lighting, safety systems, and more, creating a complete digital profile of the home. The role blends hospitality, logistics, and light fieldwork with a focus on privacy and discretion.

You’ll use our app and equipment to document details accurately, ensuring the home is ready for ongoing service and onboarding new members with a polished first impression.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in home services, concierge, logistics, facilities or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow structured workflows.
• Comfortable working in others’ homes with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and move through multi-level homes.
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with apps, iPad, smartphone camera, Bluetooth tools.
• Clear background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed, room-by-room inventories of residential homes.
• Photograph appliances, electronics, lighting fixtures, and other home assets.
• Create 3D scans and floorplans using provided camera (training provided).
• Log wall colors and finishes with a paint scanner.
• Log utility locations, fire safety devices, and other home infrastructure.
• Speak with homeowners to gather context, vendors, and preferences.
• Represent Casa with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion at all times.
• Handle equipment carefully and document all work in the app.
