Job summary

Casa is hiring an In-Home Onboarding Specialist in California. You will visit member homes with a teammate to inventory appliances, lighting, safety systems, paint, and more, creating a complete digital home profile.

You’ll use our app and equipment to document everything accurately, ensuring the home is ready for ongoing service. Role blends hospitality, logistics, and light fieldwork, requiring professionalism with high-end clients and the ability to operate discreetly in private spaces.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to follow structured workflows.
• Comfortable entering private spaces with professionalism and discretion.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using apps, iPad, smartphone camera, Bluetooth-connected tools.
• Clear background check required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed, room-by-room inventories of residential homes.
• Photograph appliances, electronics, lighting fixtures, and other home assets.
• Create 3D scans and floorplans with provided training.
• Log exact wall colors and finishes using a paint scanner.
• Record utility locations, fire safety devices, and other home infrastructure.
• Interview homeowners to gather context, vendors, and preferences.
• Represent Casa with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion.
• Handle equipment carefully and document all work in the app.
