Hireology is seeking an Intensive Family Intervention Therapist to provide intensive in-home mental health counseling for children and adolescents at high risk. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, travel within Fulton/Dekalb County, and participate in supervision while meeting productivity and documentation standards.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field, 2+ years of experience, and current GA licensure or valid supervision plan.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related human services field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed in GA (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) or pursuing licensure with supervision.
• Must pass DBHDD background check.
• Relias, CPR/First Aid, CPI training within 30 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Provide intensive in-home individual/family mental health counseling using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.
• Maintain consistent, ongoing services to clients.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Attend weekly supervision with team lead.
• Meet agency productivity and documentation standards.
• Travel to serve clients in Fulton/Dekalb County, GA.
