Breakthrough Recovery Outreach LLC in Georgia seeks a part-time therapist to deliver in-home therapy to children, adolescents and families affected by abuse or addiction. You will conduct assessments, provide crisis intervention, and collaborate with a care team to develop and implement service plans.

The role requires a Master’s in Human Services or equivalent and licensure eligibility in GA; LMSW/LAPC/LAMFT credentials are acceptable. Strong documentation and advocacy are essential.

Qualificações

• Masters in Human Services or equivalent; licensed eligible in GA.
• LMSW/LAPC/LAMFT—associate licensure in Georgia or equivalent.
• Experience in in-home/clinical therapy and substance abuse education is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform clinical assessments and provide therapy to children, adolescents, individuals and families.
• Deliver individual and family therapy, crisis intervention and case management.
• Advocate for clients and connect them with needed services and supports.
• Document visits using EMR and apply evidence-based practice tools.
• Attend court appearances and participate in service planning and education.
