Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with policyholders through regular follow-ups.
• Complete applications, policy paperwork, and documentation accurately.
• Meet weekly and annual sales performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, licensing, and professional development programs.
• Maintain compliance with company and state insurance regulations.
