Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Self-driven with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• State Life & Health Insurance License required or willingness to obtain licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home appointments with prospective and existing clients.

• Educate clients on life insurance and retirement options.
• Generate leads through referrals and networking.
• Maintain strong relationships with policyholders.
• Complete applications and policy paperwork accurately.
