Job summary

AT&T is hiring Installation Technicians to perform in-home installations of broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services. You will work independently at customers' homes or businesses, ensuring seamless activation and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, strong communication
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic installation issues
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and handle ladders safely
• Driver's license valid in state/province of work

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer sites
• Provide best-in-class service and troubleshoot issues independently
• Meet new customers daily and ensure a positive installation experience
• Identify wiring and cable colors and complete pre-employment assessments for role
