You’ll work independently as a trusted expert, meet new people daily, solve problems, and be rewarded for delivering great service in a fast pace environment.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, overtime as needed.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate broadband, Wi‑Fi and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues.
• Provide high‑quality customer experience and onboarding.
