Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a clinician to deliver in-home injection training and disease-state education to patients. You will apply your nursing skills, educate patients and caregivers on injection devices, and work across multiple therapeutic areas as needed.

The role requires an active RN license, 2–5+ years of relevant experience, and availability for 2+ days per week including nights and weekends. Travel within a 3-hour radius and occasional overnight stays are expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in your state of employment.
• 2-5+ years’ clinical or related experience in injection training and education.
• Be available to work 2 or more days/week providing in home patient injection training, including nights/weekends.
• Able to travel within a 3 hr radius and do occasional overnight.
• Comfort with personal technologies such as iPhones, apps and health portals.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to patients through nursing skills and education to improve outcomes.
• Provide post-prescription education and demonstration to patients and caregivers on injection devices and disease state education.
• Conduct training within 5 days of the assignment request or at patient convenience.
• Complete post-training survey and report within 24 hours of training completion.
