Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a clinically skilled nurse to provide in-home patient injection training and disease state education across multiple therapeutic areas. You will leverage your nursing expertise to demonstrate proper use of injection devices and partner with patients and caregivers to improve outcomes.

The role requires travel to patients' homes, with availability for 2+ days per week, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in your state of employment.
• 2-5+ years’ clinical or related experience in injection training and education.
• Availability to work 2+ days per week providing in-home patient injection training, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to patients through utilization of your clinical nursing skills and education, helping to improve patient outcomes
• Provide post-prescription education and demonstration to patients and caregivers on proper use of injection devices, disease state education and other messaging as approved by the client
• Conduct the training within 5 days of the assignment request or at the convenience of the patient
• Complete post training survey and report within 24-hours of training completion
