Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an in-home injection training clinician in Austin, TX. You will apply your nursing expertise to educate patients and caregivers on proper use of injection devices, supporting positive outcomes across therapeutic areas.

The role requires an active RN license, 2–5+ years of clinical or related experience in injection training, and willingness to travel to patients' homes 2+ days per week, including nights and weekends. Travel within a 3-hour radius may be required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in your state of employment.
• 2-5+ years’ clinical or related experience in injection training and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to patients through clinical nursing skills and education, helping to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide post-prescription education and demonstration to patients and caregivers on proper use of injection devices and disease state education.
• Conduct training within 5 days of assignment request or at patient’s convenience.
• Complete post-training survey and report within 24 hours of training completion.
