Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a field-based nurse trainer to provide in-home injection education and disease-state training. You will leverage clinical nursing skills to improve patient outcomes while educating patients and caregivers on device usage and medication administration.

The role requires an active RN license and 2–5+ years of injection education experience. Expect travel within a 3-hour radius with occasional overnight stays, and a compensation rate of about $42 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in your state of employment.
• 2–5+ years of clinical or related experience in injection training and education.
• Available to work 2+ days per week providing in-home patient injection training, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise to patients using nursing skills to improve outcomes.
• Deliver post-prescription education and demonstrations to patients and caregivers on injection devices and disease state education.
• Conduct training within 5 days of request or at patient convenience.
• Complete post-training survey and report within 24 hours of training completion.
