Job summary

Atlas Home Health in California seeks an Infusion Field Nurse (RN) to provide continuous, one-to-one nursing care in patients' homes. The role specializes in infusion therapy and wound care, focusing on direct patient care, assessments, and clinical escalation within the home setting.

This part-time position requires an active California RN license, CPR/BLS, and at least one year of nursing experience. IV therapy, IVIG, peripheral/CVC line management, wound assessment, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted California RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• BSN is preferred (not required).
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.
• Home health/infusion experience preferred.
• Hands-on IV therapy and vascular access required.
• IVIG therapy experience highly preferred.
• Wound care experience with infection monitoring.
• Wound care certification (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and provide skilled nursing care including IV therapy and IVIG.
• Manage IVs, vascular access, and monitor during infusions.
• Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and dressing changes.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate with the care team.
• Ensure documentation meets CMS/ACHC/Title 22 standards and participate in on-call duties.
