Qualifications

• At least 2 years as RN with 1+ year in ER, ICU, or Infusion.
• At least 1 year of infusion or IV therapy experience (preferred).
• Ability to independently start PIV lines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized medications and educate patients in the home setting.
• Ensure the safe and effective delivery of specialized medications.
• Evaluate and educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy.
