Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Missouri.
• 2+ years as RN with 1+ year in ER, ICU, or Infusion.
• At least 1 year infusion or IV therapy experience.
• Ability to independently start PIV lines and manage infusion therapy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused and detail-oriented approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe delivery of infusion medications.
• Educate patients and caregivers on administering infusion therapy safely.
• Develop care plans and evaluate response to therapy with each encounter.
• Maintain scheduling and case management through the company's platform.
• Communicate scheduling changes to appropriate team members.
• Proficiently start PIV lines and administer IVIG/Biologics at home.
• Submit thorough documentation within 24-48 hours of patient encounters.
