Job summary

Elevate Infusion is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to provide specialized care in patients' homes across Missouri. The role emphasizes independent practice, safety, and high-quality patient education during infusion therapies.

The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and drive time reimbursement. Qualified RNs with infusion experience will join a dedicated team delivering IVIG and biologic infusions with autonomy and clinical reward.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years as RN with 1+ year in ER/ICU/Infusion.
• At least 1 year infusion or IV therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to independently start PIV lines and manage infusion therapy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Compassionate, patient-focused and detail-oriented care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and effective delivery of specialized medications.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy at home.
• Develop care plans with the team and evaluate response to therapy.
• Maintain scheduling and case management through the approved platform.
• Communicate scheduling changes to the team as needed.
• Proficiently start PIV lines and administer IVIG/Biologics at home.
• Submit thorough documentation within 24–48 hours of encounters.
