Job summary

Elevate Infusion is seeking a Contract RN Infusion Nurse to deliver in-home infusion therapy across Missouri. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

As an Infusion Nurse, you will deliver specialized medications and educate patients in the home setting. You will play a vital role in ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care tailored to each patient’s

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Missouri.
• Minimum 2 years as RN with 1+ year in ER, ICU, or Infusion.
• At least 1 year of infusion or IV therapy experience (preferred).
• Ability to independently start PIV lines and manage infusion therapy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver infusion therapy in the home setting with safe, effective care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion administration.
• Develop and evaluate the care plan with the team and assess response.
• Maintain scheduling and case management in the approved platform.
• Communicate scheduling changes to the team as needed.
• Proficiently start PIVs and administer IVIG/ biologics in home.
• Document encounters thoroughly within 24-48 hours.
