Job summary

Elevate Infusion Nursing Services is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse with 1+ year of ER/ICU/Infusion experience to provide in-home care. The role emphasizes safety, patient education, and high-quality outcomes during visits in patients' homes across multiple states.

The ideal candidate will be an RN with infusion expertise, able to start PIV lines, document thoroughly, and work independently on a Flexible schedule as a 1099 contractor.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Arkansas.
• At least 2 years as RN with 1+ year in ER, ICU, or Infusion.
• At least 1 year of infusion or IV therapy experience (preferred).
• Ability to independently start PIV lines and manage infusion therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized medications and educate patients in the home setting.
• Ensure safe, effective delivery of infusion therapies.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with the team.
• Maintain scheduling and case management through the company platform.
• Document encounters thoroughly within 24-48 hours.
