Job summary

Elevate Infusion Nursing Services is seeking a Contract RN Infusion Nurse to provide exceptional care for home infusion patients. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high safety standards.

As an Infusion Nurse you will deliver specialized medications, educate patients in the home setting, and tailor care to each patient’s needs.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Arkansas.
• 2+ years as RN with 1+ year in ER, ICU, or Infusion.
• At least 1 year of infusion or IV therapy experience (preferred).
• Ability to independently start PIV lines and manage infusion therapy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented care perspective.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and effective delivery of specialized medications.
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy administration.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with the team.
• Maintain scheduling and case management in the approved platform.
• Communicate scheduling changes to team as needed.
• Document patient encounters within 24-48 hours.
