Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in Ocala, FL is seeking an in-home sales professional to assess homeowners’ comfort needs and present tailored HVAC solutions. You’ll represent ARS in a consultative sales role with strong install support, fast turnaround, and industry-leading warranties. All leads are company-generated.

This role offers uncapped commissions, a take-home vehicle, insurance options after 31 days, and generous PTO/holidays, with ongoing training and leadership development to advance your career.

Qualifications

Prior in-home sales experience preferred.
One-call-close experience preferred.
HVAC knowledge is a plus.
Valid driver's license with clean record.
Able to enter attics/crawlspaces and work evenings/weekends.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
