TopLine Heating & Air is seeking aggressive in-home closers to convert pre-qualified HVAC leads into installations. You’ll run 3–4 qualified leads per day, design and present custom HVAC solutions, and close deals on the spot during in-home visits.

We provide inbound leads and a strong support system with uncapped income potential. Realistic earnings for top performers reach six figures, with a company vehicle, phone, tablet, and medical benefits included.

Qualificações

• In-home sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to close in a one-call environment and handle objections effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades
