Job summary

Hueman is hiring Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare/Medicaid members around Andover, OH. This role offers flexible scheduling and the freedom to work on your terms, with training and scheduling support provided.

Qualified NPs will hold an active state license, national board certification, and a current BLS certification. Prior paid clinical provider experience is preferred, and travel reimbursement is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent and NP license.
• Active State NP license and National board certification.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 12 months paid advanced clinical provider experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from patients’ homes.
• Perform comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments.
• Review medical history and ensure accurate documentation.
• Conduct medical reconciliation to ensure patient safety.
• Provide basic patient education on wellness and preventative care.
