Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking a compassionate veterinarian to provide end-of-life care in clients' homes across the Denver, Aurora, Littleton, Westminster, Arvada, Lakewood, Parker and surrounding areas. You will practice medicine with time for families, avoiding clinic pace, and you’ll join a team that supports your growth and wellbeing.

Expect a base salary with generous bonus opportunities and flexible 2–5 day schedules, including self-managed options.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS required and license verified.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Ability to perform house calls and assist with lifting when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia care.
• Practice medicine independently on the road with mentorship and support.
• Maintain schedule flexibility and focus on families’ needs during end‑of‑life moments.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing professional development.
