Job summary
BrightStar Care - Cleveland West is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to deliver in-home care across Westside Cuyahoga County and surrounding communities. We offer flexible scheduling, steady client assignments, and supportive leadership to help you grow in your caregiving career.
We provide opportunities for full-time, part-time, PRN, weekday, weekend, or 12-hour shifts. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, medication reminders, and companionship while upholding HIPAA and care
Qualifications
- HD/GED required; caregiver experience preferred.
- Minimum one year caregiving experience preferred.
- HHA/STNA/CNA or Nursing Assistant training preferred; CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene.
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support.
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Accompany clients to appointments and community activities as needed.
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.
- Follow individualized care plans and agency protocols.
