Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC is hiring a dependable Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift or mechanical patient lift.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential.
• Comfort with home-based caregiving and mobility assistance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.).
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team.
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation.
