Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients.

The position offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay between $20 and $23 per hour, and opportunities to grow within a fast-growing multi-state agency. Prior home care experience and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with a Hoyer lift / mechanical patient lift.
• Negative TB test (PPD) required for Medicare compliance.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• HHA/PCA certification or willingness to obtain is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; reliable transportation a must.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, etc.).
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed.
