Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home support for clients with mobility needs. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to transfer and reposition clients safely.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor client conditions, and document visits while maintaining a reliable, respectful presence across care teams. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift.
• Negative TB test (PPD/TB screening) for Medicare compliance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Hoyer Lift experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior home care or facility caregiving experience preferred.
• HHA/PCA certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.).
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team.
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation.
