Job summary

Tri County Home Health is seeking a PRN/Per Visit Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Texas. You will assess needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and educate families on care practices.

This role requires an active Texas RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience (home health or hospice preferred), strong communication, independence, and reliable transportation for field visits.
