NPs will travel to patients' homes to conduct comprehensive assessments and document findings accurately, with a flexible schedule to fit personal preferences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing required.
• Active NP license in good standing required.

• Review medical history and document findings accurately and timely.
• Provide basic patient education on wellness and preventative care.
