Job summary

Hueman is hiring Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments for Medicare and Medicaid members around Olive Branch, MS. This role offers flexible scheduling and travel reimbursement, with comprehensive home assessment training and dedicated scheduling support.

Qualified NPs will have an active NP license, board certification, and a master's degree in nursing. You’ll travel to patients’ homes, perform non-invasive assessments, and document findings while contributing to patient

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or commensurate experience with NP licensure.
• Active NP license in good standing.
• National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 12 months of paid advanced clinical provider experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from patients’ homes.
• Perform comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments.
• Review medical history and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Conduct medical reconciliation to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Provide basic patient education on wellness and preventative healthcare.
