Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care.

The role involves 29.5 hours per week, with visits averaging about 45 minutes. You will review medications and medical history, perform a physical evaluation, and use an iPad with a clinical workflow; travel to local states is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licenses in coverage area(s).
• MD or DO physicians preferred/accredited and eligible to practice in home health settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health evaluations to members in their residences.
• Review medications and medical history; perform physical evaluations and, if ordered, optional diagnostic tests.
• Travel locally within licensed states and conduct virtual visits when needed.
• Use an iPad and Signify Health clinical workflow to document visits.
