Signify Health, Inc. is seeking board-certified PA/PA-C contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members.

You will perform visits in members' homes, review medications and medical history, and conduct health assessments without prescribing or changing regimens. Shifts run Monday through Sunday with no nights or weekends; pre-populated forms provided; earn up to $1,800–$3,000 per week (base $70 per assessment) plus multipliers

Qualifikationen

• Board-certified PA/PA-C required or eligible.
• Medicaid license or willingness to enroll with company support.
• Ability to conduct in-home evaluations and assessments.
• Excellent communication with health plan members.
