Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking nurse practitioners to conduct in-home health risk assessments across the United States. You will perform detailed health assessments, including physical exams and medication reviews, while collaborating with patients' healthcare providers.

This role offers flexibility with a choice of part-time or full-time schedules and competitive weekly compensation through W-2 pay. A minimum of 6 months experience is preferred, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred.
• Will consider new grads.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and medication reviews during in-home visits.
• Document required information accurately in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with Primary Care Physician.
