Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform in-person in-home health assessments on Medicare Advantage members in Louisiana parishes. You will work within a defined parish with a flexible schedule and training provided by the client.

Qualified NPs must hold an active NP license and national certification; prior home health experience is a plus. The role offers a W2 arrangement, weekly pay, and potential weekend hours based on availability.

Qualifications

• Active NP license and national certification (ANCC or AANP)
• Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology a plus
• Home health care or home visit experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members
• Assessments range 45–90 minutes per visit
• Work within a geographic area (county/parish) of responsibility
• Hours Monday–Sunday 8 am–8 pm; weekend hours may be available
