Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or commensurate experience and NP licensure.
• State licensure with prescriptive authority or ability to obtain.
• Board certification in Adult/Adult Gerontology/Family/EM/AC care specialties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct adult/geriatric assessments with medical history, diagnosis, treatment, and referrals.
• Administer and order point-of-care and lab testing as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and caregivers for patient education and follow-up.
