Job summary

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) in Grand Junction, CO to provide in-home care per a physician care plan. This is a 1099 contract with 28–40 hours per week and compensation of $18–$20 per hour.

Responsibilities include one-on-one patient care, daily living assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders. Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required; strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Prefer experience in a clinical/home health setting.
• Good interpersonal skills and compassionate approach.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home service in a familiar setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Remind patient to take medications as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation of service.
• Communicate with family, doctors and other care providers.
