Job summary

Giving Home Health Care in Arvada, CO is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) on a 1099 contract basis to support patients in their homes under a physician care plan.

Responsibilities include one-on-one in-home care, assistance with daily living, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and maintaining records. Background checks required; 10-hour days and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Compassionate individual providing in-home care.
• Previous home health or clinical care preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with daily living.

Responsibilities

• Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting
• Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed
• Maintain records and documentation of service
• Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient
