Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to assist clients in their homes according to established care plans. You will provide daily living support, personal care, and safety monitoring, with flexible part-time scheduling.

Responsibilities include helping with baths, grooming, mobility, nutrition, and documenting patient status for the supervising nurse. CPR certification and successful Maxim competency completion are required.

Qualifications

• Meets all training requirements in accordance with state and federal laws
• Able to read, follow written instructions and document care
• Current CPR certification
• Completion of Maxim competency program

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living per plan of care.
• Baths, hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding as required.
• Take and record vitals when ordered and competent.
• Safe transfer and ambulation assistance.
• Document patient status and report changes to nurse supervisor.
• Observe and reinforce home safety practices.
