Angels Care Home Health seeks a Home Health Aide to work with patients in their homes, under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will observe, report, and document client conditions, and provide essential personal care to promote comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate will have prior home health or CNA experience, read and write in English, and be able to follow written and verbal instructions. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

• Observes and reports patient observations and documents care performed.
• Provides personal healthcare and related services in patient’s residence.
• Reads and follows written and verbal instructions in English.

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to the client in their place of residence.
• Assist in providing a safe and clean environment.
• Work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations with the supervisor.
• Work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
