Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide essential in-home care under RN supervision. You will assist with personal care, environment safety, and observation reporting in patients’ homes.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and state training compliance. Prior HHA/CNA experience or completion of a certified program is preferred; English literacy is required.

Qualifications

• Meets the training requirements of the State.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must have current driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation with auto liability insurance.
• At least one year’s experience as HHA or CNA or completion of CNA/HHA program.
• Ability to read and write in English and follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to the client in their place of residence.
• Assist in providing a safe and clean environment.
• Work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations with the supervisor.
• Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
