Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Home Health Aide to provide personal healthcare in patients’ homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will observe, report, and document patient care while maintaining a clean, safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Meets the training requirements of the State.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma preferred; CNA/CHHA program acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services in the client’s residence.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean environment.
• Collaborate with patient and family; report observations to supervisor.
