Avanta Care Home Health in Marietta, GA is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to support clients in their own homes. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates show strong observation, communication, and reliability, with the ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans. CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory, and training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior home health care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions.
• Ability to perform meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning.
• CPR certification is desirable.
• Compassionate, patient, and able to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming) and mobility.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.
• Observe health status and report changes to clinicians.
• Provide companionship to promote emotional well-being.
• Maintain clean living environment with light housekeeping.
• Support memory care and safety for clients with cognitive impairment.
• Administer CPR if necessary and assist with catheter care per plan.
