The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is seeking a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to sell premium gutter solutions in the St. Louis area. This W-2, commission-based role offers earnings between $75,000 and $100,000+ annually, depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience is required, preferably in home improvement.
• Clean driver's license is a must.
• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled estimates on time and prepared.
• Inspect gutter systems and identify homeowner needs.
• Present premium gutter solutions and close profitable projects.
• Consistently follow up on all open bids.
• Maintain a minimum closing rate of 40%.
