• Attend all estimates on time.
• Price new opportunities within 48 hours of onsite visits using company rates.
• Return calls within 8 business hours.
• Explain product value and why it is a superior choice.
• Sell company services in a competitive market by understanding customer needs.
• Maintain relationships with customers and crews after sold jobs.
• Follow up on all bids and drive closing rates.
• Develop a prospecting plan to generate leads for the company.
• Engage in networking to build business relationships.
• Proactively seek referrals from new clients and expand market reach.
• Maintain organized workflow using the company CRM.
