Job summary

The Brothers that just do Gutters in Central Florida is hiring a Sales Representative. You will receive 15–20 warm homeowner appointments per week, with appointments scheduled and routed by area, avoiding cross-country travel.

Compensation starts with Base + Commission and advances to 100% commission with uncapped earnings. Top reps clear $2,000+ per week; year one earnings can reach $80,000–$130,000, with additional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old, eligible to work in Florida.
• Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel daily across Clermont, Lakeland, Kissimmee and The Villages area.
• Full-time, on-site, field-based role; not remote.
• Preference for gutters experience; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Walk properties, diagnose the real issue, present the right solution, and close.
• Appointments are scheduled and routed by area; not traveling across Central Florida unnecessarily.
• Sell through a consultative process with homeowners; build trust before asking for the sale.
• Coordinate with the company’s marketing, phones, and scheduling to focus on selling.
