Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Greenwich, CT is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver one-on-one, in-home and senior living care under the supervision of a PT. You will implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and document progress within FOX's EMR system.

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in CT or eligibility to obtain
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Current CPR certification
Basic computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising PT
Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
Document visits accurately in FOX's EMR system
Coordinate coverage with patients, POAs, and community referral sources
