Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking motivated Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver one-on-one, in-home geriatric care in Naples, FL. You will work under a supervising PT, implementing individualized treatment plans and guiding patients through exercises to rebuild strength and independence.

The role emphasizes hands-on care within a team-based setting with mentorship and opportunities to grow clinical skills and caseload in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• PTA license in state(s) of practice
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising PT
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
• Document visits accurately and on time in FOX’s EMR system
• Stay connected with patients, POAs, and community referral sources, and help coordinate coverage
