Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver one-on-one, in-home and senior living care in Massachusetts. You will work with supervising PTs to implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and document progress in FOX’s EMR system within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

You will join a clinician‑led practice focused on independence, functional outcomes, and building long-term patient relationships through the Geriatric House

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising PT
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
• Document visits accurately in the EMR system
• Stay connected with patients, POAs, and referral sources and help coordinate coverage
